   The backpack looks decent, the standard laptop fits. Ordered for hand luggage on a trip… but most likely it will be too small. Delivery lightning, courier-the goods were in the russian federation.    Backpack ordered on sale for 2800 rubles. (without cashek and coupons) 11.11.2018. Arrived by courier in the moscow region on november 26, 2018. Delivery iml-express. Delivered from a warehouse in russia. Long delivery from moscow to the moscow region i connect with a heavy load on shops. Cyber monday cost 3800. Packing is normal postal package, but cute. The backpack itself is packed in a branded package from the store with a plastic fastener. The seller did not forget a small gift-in the photo a red bottle 🙂 took for his daughter, so in the topic. The backpack itself is quite roomy, made very high quality. Many pleasant trifles in the form of key holders (although they can be made higher :), offices and cord for powerbank.    The order was made 11.11. The price at the time was 2880 rubles. The order was sent almost immediately. In kaliningrad came 27.11. As for the product itself, the quality is solid 4 +. Outside looks very good. All the seams are quite smooth and the threads do not stick out anywhere.     Product is perfect.

    Service and agility in communications were not as good… but, this is because here in the Netherlands this parcel was retained by the Douane in a sorting center. The only way for me to find out was to manually copy the track and trace and search in the internet for the website of the Dutch post service, then there find out what was happening with my package.

    This is complicated and the customer must know what to do which is not straightforward.

    Any help from the Selling Shop would be of great help.

    I use the day and while there are no super complaints, for its price is very good. There are uncomfortable design moments, for example, the usb is slightly recessed and it is difficult to insert the wire, and if it turns out, the wire sits in the socket at an angle, it’s not very good.
